Bicycling from Denmark to Paris, France
I have had a dream of bicycling from Denmark to Paris for about 10 years. This spring I finally decided to make the dream come true. With about a month of serious training I started from Roskilde on May 9th. It was a fantastic trip, which required both physical and emotional stamina and commitment. The tour took 10 days and I arrived in Paris on May 18th. PS: The start was timed perfectly with me leaving BioFund on May 7th. Pure coincidence!

Leaving BioFund
On May 7th I left BioFund. Because of dimishing management fees it did not make financial sense to continue the operations of the company. I therefore recommended to the owner of BioFund in December 2009 that they should close BioFund. In April they decided to follow this recommendation.

Becomes Managing Partner and CEO of BioFund
After joining BioFund last year as a Senior Partner, I became Managing Partner and CEO of BioFund at the beginning of this year. This really reflects the effort I have put into BioFund over the past year, and thus the influence that has come along with that. I share the Managing Partner responsibility with Seppo MÀkinen, one of the founders of BioFund.
