3D Viewer

In the 3D viewer you can view and analyze the 3D models that Mvox creates using iso-surface modeling. Using the facilities of the 3D viewer the user can manipulate the iso-surface rendering; remove parts of the rendering; change transparency/color; etc.

Slices from the original 3D image data can be showed along with the 3D models allowing for a better 3D understanding of the medical problem.
