INSEAD
is one of the world's top business schools, ranking consistently among
the top-10 in the world and absolute top in Europe.
I had the unique chance to attend the prestigious
one-year MBA program and graduated with distinction at the end of 1999.

The Danish students of 1999: Martin Roll, Susanne
Grønborg, and myself, just after graduating
It was a year that marked me in many ways, and which changed my
perspective, my confidence level, and my view of the world, business and
non-business, deeply.
One of the things that make INSEAD special is the
sense of community that surrounds the school, and the Alumni network
that you build while there and also get access to afterwards. There
always seems to be someone that can and are willing to help.
Although
students work very hard at INSEAD, there is still a tremendous social
life surrounding the school. Hard work and hard fun, I guess is an
appropriate saying. So although we do look very serious on the picture
above, we also sometimes looked like the picture below. It is from the
most famous party at INSEAD, the Viking Party! Being one of the Viking
organizers, I am proud to say that, yes it was fun

The famous Viking party! Is one of these gentlemen
your CEO?
Since graduating from INSEAD I have
returned to the school on several occasions to speak or to take part in
workshops. I have also been a member of the Advisory Board for the INSEAD
Healthcare Management Initiative. The advisory board consists of senior
executives from some of the world's largest pharmaceutical and
healthcare companies.
